
PHASE I – TIMBER SELECTION
The highest quality Latvian sourced oak wood is selected for the production of outdoor lanterns.
PHASE II – SORTING OF TIMBER
Selected timber is sorted, grouped according to wood structure, fiber direction compatibility, so that it is solid after gluing.


PHASE III – TIMBER PROCESSING
The blanks are cut into precise parts, the cable ducts and the location of the bulb box are milled according to the type of lantern.
STAGE IV – GLUEING OF PARTS
After milling both parts of the lantern are glued together and sanded.


STAGE V – LATERN TREATMENT
After sanding, the lantern is waxed with natural wax and oiled, ensuring the longevity of the lantern in outdoor conditions.
PHASE VI – ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
After oil and wax treatment has dried, the electrical base, stainless steel lamp cover and mounting base are added to the lantern.


PHASE VII – INSPECTION OF THE LANTERN, SHIPMENT
A serial number is added to the finished product. The lantern is inspected, after which it is packaged and sent to the customer.
